German Sausages
Sausage Fest
Four of our delicious sausages cut into bite-sized pieces. Includes Nuernburger Wurst, Bratwurst, Knackwurst, and Weisswurst over a helping of Sauerkraut.
Bratwurst
Germany’s best-known form of sausage! There are perhaps hundreds of variations on this traditional favorite. Our version uses only the best cuts of pork and spices to produce a 6-ounce (pre-cooked) link with coarse texture and spicy flavor.
Weisswurst
Literally translated as ‘white sausage,’ this delicate link is made from finely minced veal, pork, parsley and other tasty, delicate spices. We serve it in the traditional Bavarian manner — it is brought to the table in a bowl of hot water where the guest may decide whether to peel off the sausage casing. Traditionally, Weisswurst is served with slices of rye bread instead of a bun.
Knackwurst
Similar in flavor to a frankfurter and made with beef and pork, knackwursts are short, fat and pan-fried to enhance the crunchy skin of this delectable favorite.
Nuernberger Wurst
Hailing from the city of Nuremberg, this somewhat petite pork sausage is big on flavor using marjoram and ground caraway seeds. We serve four links, pan-fried, for an irresistible treat. We recommend the traditional German style: rye bread slices rather than a bun.
Vegetarian Sausage: The “Notwurst”
For the non-meat eater, this soy-based sausage, made with Full Sail Ale, makes and excellent centerpiece for a fine meal. Our vegetarian bartender Matt recommends the Notwurst with Pumpernickel bread slices and Dusseldorf-style mustard, paired with a citrusy IPA.
Currywurst
Homemade curry dipping sauce is irresistible with bite-sized morsels of all-beef frankfurter. This dish is served with bread on the side, in the traditional German manner. Please specify “Mild” or “Spicy”.
All-Beef Frankfurter
A perfect meal for those looking for something simple. Enjoy our top-quality beef franks with a wide variety of mustards, or simply with ketchup. It’s more than a hot dog! Try a great Stubbies and Steins twist on an international classic.
Chicken Sausage
Chicken, ground with mozzarella and roasted garlic.
Sausage Platter
Make any Sausage a Platter. Choose any one of our sausages as the centerpiece along with two sides: Pommes Frites, Warm Spiced Red Cabbage, Warm German Potato Salad, Whipped Potatoes, Cold Green Bean Dill Salad, Cucumber Salad, Potato Pancakes, a whole Pickle, or Onion Rings.
